This summer I will be participating in a dig in Mongolia. I will be landing in Beijing China May 29th. I wanted to see what experience anyone might have had with the city of beijing, including the Great Wall and Forbidden City, or what experiences anyone might have had with Mongolia, including the capitol. What about the Beijing airport?? Reply to this

I am a Chinese girl, and actually my home town is very near BeiJing.~~~😊

The Forbidden city is right in the center of our capital and all the main buildings were built strictly in the middle of Forbidden city. There are many beautifully decorated rooms, so people even if you only stay in a room for one day it would take you over 30 years to accomplish it!
You will see the hall where meetings of Chinese ancient officials and emperors were held, and many other amazing places

If you have time, the BeiHai park may well be another great tourist spot. It is a royal garden with over 800 years history, and if you go there
the most place you cannot miss is the royal kitchen! Food there is just wonderful~~~~~

Actually, I would like to be a tourist companion in this summer break, so I am learning everything that foreign visitors may be intersted in.(now I am trying to remember introductions in Chinese, later I'd start again in English) so later on I will come to get you more information.(I know little about BeiJing airport but I'll ask my foreign theacher about it)

In case that I can find this message, here is my e-mail: catvia@163.com any questions you have please feel free to ask me, I'd be glad to help.

I hope you will like China~~ Reply to this
