Our annual celebration of how far we've collectively wandered during the past year
England. At this pace I'll never get to 100! Thanks for tasking this task on.
Reply to this Sadly for the first time in forever we didn't leave the country. We were saving for our 2020 trip.
We vow that will never happen again.
Reply to this In response to: Msg #207960 85 countries. I've only added one new country, San Marino, since 2015. We might see Poland in 2021 which would be a new country. WIthout the TB map showing where we've visited, it's hard to visualize what are some obvious misses.
Reply to this Well... After five pretty static years toiling in the US it I has been a bountiful year for us: Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama and Colombia (all new for us). Plus revisits to Brasil, India and Nepal.
We should be heading overland to China, but I guess that plan is now less than certain... On that note, safe travels to all in 2020.

Bob, I wish the map was working- hopefully soon.
Daily I go to jet punk and take their world map quiz. It allows me exercise my brain and think about all those countries I want to travel to. When trip planning I also use the list of countries and territories on the Travelers Century Club web site. It is a nice list. Well worth checking out.
Reply to this For us it was quite a "happy travel year". We went to: South Africa, Germany, Poland (a new one), Portugal, Turkey (a new one), Malaysia and Indonesia. And we travelled a bit in our own country: Switzerland.
Safe travels to all in 2020!
Reply to this Russia and Uzbekistan in 2019...simply amazing destinations
Reply to this 2019 was the first year I didn't visit a new country for the first time....guessing that challenge is getting tougher by the year! We also moved to our new home in the Seychelles...so spending a lot of time between Seychelles, South Africa and Congo DRC let me less time for other countries...
So for 2019, Seychelles, South Africa, Congo DRC, Ethiopia, Italy, Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Australia, French Polynesia, Rarotonga.
Let see what 2020 will be made of, not sure yet!
