We will have a trip to Ho Chi Minh City next month for work and have 4 days off. We're thinking about traveling to the north. Any suggestions for where to go (we've been to Hanoi, so look for somewhere else).
Reply to this I've travelled to the north Vietnam twice and I have to say that so amazing. If you come at this time, you can admire the stunning terrace rice fields in Sapa, Mu Cang Chai, or Ha Giang. Experience homestay, do some trekking to ethnic villages and markets.
Reply to this For a such short trip, you shoul take a package tour. Halong Bay and Trang An Ninh Binh are best places in the North to explore magnificient caves. The mountainous areas are where you can see the distinctive culture of the ethnic groups.
Reply to this Wow! Nice trip planning. Vietnam is one of the most scenic countries in the world has much to offer for lovers of amazing landscapes. Untouched rural life, jungle, mighty rivers, mountain ranges, and seacoast - all in one country. Hollywood producers choose Vietnam as movie shooting destination. Fly with vietnamballoons and enjoy the view of the sea, desert lakes, fishing villages, white sand dunes, and colorful rural landscape passing below. Hope you will enjoy your journey a lot.
