The ancient town of Hoi An is located nearby Cua Dai where the Thu Bon River meets Vietnam Sea. It used to be the most busting trade center in South East Asia during 16th and 17th centuries while Japanese, Chinese, Indonesian, Portuguese, Spanish, and Dutch merchants landed and exchanging commodities.
