Does anyone have any experience of travelling in Thailand in May? I haven't booked it yet, as I'm concerned that most of the days will be rainy...I know it's just on the brink of monsoon season. I can handle the heat but not being followed by the British weather!! My last holiday it Italy it rained for 2 weeks!! Some people say that you still get plenty of sunshine. I really want to go to the southwest islands. I'd love to hear your experiences.
Reply to this ive travelled many time to thailand throughout monsoon season, ive always found that the most rain you will experience is maybe 30 - 40 mins a day..it will be torential to say the least but it will stop as suddenly as it starts but i wouldnt be concered about it...
