I have planned a tour summary day -wise.Please suggest me if any changes required or notand I also need suggestions about cab,hotels and cost per head for the total trip.
Mangan-Lachung-Yumthang-Lachen-Gurudongmar
Day 1 : Kolkata Dept. at 10.05 p.m. –Darjeeling Mail / Padatik Exp.(11 pm.)/ Kanchankanya Exp.(7:30 pm)
Day 2 : Arrival at NJP at around 9 a.m. Take a cab and move to Mangan (136 km. 5 hrs journey )
Day 3 : Mangan Stay-whole Day
Day 4 : Move to Lachung ( 51 km. 2 hrs journey ) –Lachun Stay whole Day
Day 5 : Lachung to yumthang (25 km.) and zero point (15 km.) –transfer to Lachen (69km.-2 hrs journey )
Day 6 : Lachen Stay-Whole Day
Day 7 : Lachen to Thangu and Gurudongmar, Chopta Valley- Back to Lachen
Day 8 : Lachen to Mangan-stay whole Day
Day 9 : Mangan to NJP & Boarding Train
Day 10: Back to Kolkata…. My room at 9 a.m.
Is this correct or I need to do some changes in my tour plan.. Kindly help...
Also guide me about the car rentals, road conditions,hotels fares,weather,cost etc.
We 4 will be going for 9-10 days trip from kolkata in llast week of october.
