How can Choose a best and faithfool tour operators

I have just plane my Rajasthan (India) tour in comming December and its too typical to find better tour opetor that provide better service. In this process , when I was searching tour planner in search engine a link <snip>appers, but i have no more idea about this tour operator. If any body have any experience about this tour operator please share with me..
