Help needed for itinerary in SE Asia

Hi!
I am planning to travel to SE Asia for 3 weeks in April. I am not sure which countries to visit. Would like to visit 2 out of: Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.
Any recommended itinerary?
Regarding flights from Europe what would you recommend?

I would say visit one country. All of these places have diverse cultures and environments and are worth the time.

Of those places, it is far too difficult to choose one (Cambodia).
