What's the quickest way to get to Kalaw?

I'll be in Burma only for 9 days late March and would like to visit Bagan and do a 3 day trek from Kalaw to Inle. Can anybody give me info if this is possible? Are there flights? Where would I get tickets and information? Thanks. Reply to this
