there are lots of websites offering the service of getting a visa..has anyone used them which is the best one?
hey! we're currently in the Philippines and going to vietnam on the 21st..ive seen theres lots of websites offering the service of getting a vietnam visa..obviously for a price. but im dubious of using one without knowing someone has before. Has anyone used these sites? i think the one ive been looking at is myvietnamvisa. i havent got time to go to the embassy in Manila so is theo nly way using one of these sites?

Yes, if you don't have time to go to an Embassy, then you have to arrange a letter of invitation. This means that at the airport you present your letter at the visa window (by immigration at the airport - it doesn't work for overland crossings) and you pay for the visa to be put in your passport. It's something like $25 for the letter and the same at the airport. My friends have used the website above and it worked fine. My parents used vietnam-visa.com and that was fine too.
It's very quick and easy.
