Reply to this Favourites? Without a doubt at the top of the list is Syria, it's too hard to put the rest in any special order,
notables include Lebanon, Tunisia, Afghanistan, Kenya, Sudan, Tanzania, Nepal, India, Tibet and so on
Least favourite, probably Morocco, way too much aggravation............. Not much desire to go back to Egypt for the same reason.
On the wish list, Cuba, Libya, Bhutan, Namibia, Mozambique, Madagascar, Angola, Cyprus and Malta.
Reply to this Favorite: 1. Bhutan, fascinating culture, 2. Sydney Australia, most beautiful city, 3. Mauritius, my chance to live and work on a tropical island paradise.
Least favorite: Israel, some of the rudest, coldest, least friendly people. I worked there for four months and did not
make s single friend.

Top 3 places to visit- I cant decide!!! The next places I am visiting are Sweden, Morocco and the USA.

I've really enjoyed most places that I've travelled and can't think of one I would avoid... not a big fan of Sharm el Sheikh apart from the diving, which is awesome!
Reply to this Through the eyes of a 6 year old who has been to 44 countries, Sofia lately has been saying:
Russia
South Africa
Vietnam
Where she wants to go:
Texas (This is because Sandy from Sponge Bob is from there) I have had to go there twice for business for 1-3 days without her in the last 6 months. I have no intention of taking her there.
For me (80 something countires) I will only include wish list
1. Papau New Guinea
2. Antartica/Pantagonia
3. New Zealand
The first two I will wait for Sofia to be a little older
Reply to this As everybody has already said - this is hard to choose.
I should say New Zealand, but as that is my home I won't.
Probably:
Alaska & San Juan Islands
Antarctica/Patagonia
Galapagos Islands
If it could be more than three I would add Norway
Next(August): Italy and Croatia
Wish List:
Estonia
Greenland/Iceland
Reply to this Dear Intrepid,
Iceland and the Faroe Islands are on our short list. Can't wait to see them.
Reply to this I've been to about 30 countries. so hard to choose!
But top three:
- Vietnam (was my first ever trip, loved it, got the travel bug there)

- Third equal: Nepal & Belize
My wishlist is VERY long! But if I discount my next two destinations, the next places for me will hopefully be:
- Peru
- Costa Rica
- Namibia
Hard to pick a least favourite place, but I didn't have a great experience in India. It's been 13 years now, so I'm almost over it!
Reply to this Favourite countries:
- Malaysia
- Ecuador (first time out of Europe, first time backpacking alone, just a great experience)
- I won't mention the third one, you'd only go and spoil it for people like me
Wishlist: (much more than only three destinations, but from the top of my head)
- Nepal
- Japan
- Iran
Least favourite country, worst trip ever, and country I'll probably never go back to:
Morocco; hated every minute of it
Don't need to go back to the US and A either, as I don't want to get raped by airport security, and my trips there were just a bit too bizarre, so were the people
Reply to this Been to about 70 countries.
Favorites are Thailand, Italy, and Norway.
Long to visit: New Zealand and Sydney, Australia (in 2112), Peru (in 2113) and from Finland through the Baltics, Poland, and Slovenia to Croatia (I know that's more than 3 but I'm planning to do this north to south trip in 2114).
I don't care to visit India again. It's one of those places you reither love or hate, and unfortunately I didn't fall in love with it. I know many travelbloggers are passionate about the place, but not me.
Reply to this We've visited approximately 45+ countries.
