i cant offer too much help with your concern. but i did travel from mumbai down to goa last august, and eventhough we were there out of season. there is still loads of budget accomodation around, which is even cheaper because it is out of season. Reply to this

you can get cheap accommodations in Kerela due to off season and Goa remains in season all the time during year. there is nothing like on season and off season for Goa but still if you will find then you can get many cheap yet good accommodation in Goa Reply to this

Hi...'cheap' is a relative term...do you have any kind of a budget? You can get hotels starting from 700-800 INR a night, for a basic room without AC but with an attached back in Mumbai and Goa and Kerela. Of these places, acco in Goa will be the cheapest.

You can avoid pre-booking bcoz you'd always find a place to stay and that way you could see you're room before paying for it. Though you'd go through the hassle of finding the 'right' place - you may have to look at 3-4 hotels after you reach your destination. Reply to this
