Hi, I'm leaving for India and SE Asia October 16 and would love some company. Here is an idea of places I plan to visit. By the way I am a more mature traveller (in my forties). Spent 2 months in Africa last year on a camping safari where the average age was 28 and had a blast so age is not really a problem for me. If you are interested, drop me a line.
I am from Montreal. I will be in Bangkok for about 10 days and plan to hit the beaches to relax after the long flight over. Hoping to scuba dive. Looking for travel companions for the beach holiday. From Oct. 29 to Dec.6 I will be with a group in India. Starting Dec 7, I am in Varanasi and on my own until April 2007. Would love to hook up with someone here.
The plan is to go to Nepal, until aournd De 22. Then get to Thailand and see other islands for some swimming and diving, spending the xmas holidays on the beaches. Then head north up to Chiang mai perhaps take a massage or cooking course, doing some treks and other interesting adventures (see me blog to find out more about adrenaline activities I enjoyed in Africa). Then probably off to Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar. Of course this is a rough outline and I will be happy to go with the flow and adjust along the way.
Planning on staying in backpacker type accomodation. As long as I have a bed and running water Il be happy.
