Heading out to Asia. hitting up thailand, cambodia, Vietnam, Loas..
I am heading out on my own for a 8-9 week journey starting in Bangkok. Heading to Cambodia, Vietnam, Loas, then Northern Thailand, down to the South of Thailand.
I know this is a popular route through and was hoping any one who has done this route could give share their iternary with me. Wondering how the border crossings were as well. Every thing I have read tells me visas can be purchased etc at the crossings.
Any littlel hide aways, accommodations, places to eat that you would like to share would be appreciated as well!

Reply to this If memory serves me correctly, you have to get a Vietnam visa in advance. Cambodia and Laos can be obtained at the crossings. I haven't done the route you are suggesting but have visiting those countries you have mentioned.

Reply to this I;ll also be travelling solo throughout those countries. I'll be arriving Nov 3rd and I'll be there for 3 months. It would be cool to meet up with another female traveller. Let me know if you'll be there around the same time.
