Illegal Substances

What everyday medications in Australia are illegal in Malaysia?

I've been trying to find out what specific substances I cannot take into Malaysia. I've heard that certain types of headache tablets for example are illegal in some Asian countries because of one of their ingredients but I can't find detailed information on any of the Aussie or Malaysian government websites I've read. Do you know of anything? Reply to this

Whatever medications you take, be sure they are in their original packages and have doctors letters if you can.

But, I dont know which ones are illegal in Malaysia, so hopefully somebody else will.

Another point is that you can buy most medication over the counter in Asia. They have Boots the Chemist in Thailand for example. So you don't need to take a huge amount of medicine with you.
