Hello Dilruba 😊

I travelled a little when I was pregnant too. Be sure to limit how much you do. Try to stay in one place and rest when you are in Malaysia. Getting too tired does not have good effects. I even felt sick when I had to get up a few hours earlier than usual to catch a plane to Poland when I was 7 months pregnant.

Before I travelled when I was pregnant I asked a doctors advice. She said the most important thing is to go straight to a hospital if I got dehydrated. I carried pregnancy safe rehydration stuff with me, because I wasnt sure I would be able to explain myself well enough in Brazil at a hospital that does not know me. So, be sure to not go anywhere too far from good medical facilities.

It think I also read something saying that pregnant women should avoid Malaria risk regions. I would also take some citronella based mosquito repellant to use day and night to avoid getting dengue fever.

Wherever you visit in Malaysia, make sure the transport to get away from it is reliable and regular in case you do need any medical services.

Be extremely careful about what you eat. Getting food poisoning is too much of a risk while pregnant. When I was in Brazil, I used to cook most things myself, to make sure they were cooked enough to kill any parasites that might be on vegetables etc.

I suppose I am making it seem difficult to travel while pregnant. It is not too bad, but has it challanges. 😉

Hello Dilruba;

Langkawi is a nice place ... I think 4 nights is more then enough to stay in Langkawi and enjoy it. You can stay in KL for another 3 nights, visit the Twin tower, KL tower, Sunway Lagoon, and go for shopping. You go another 3 nights, well I think Cameron Highlands is a nice place to realx. Try to find a private bus if u dont want the hedeach of the public busses. I think it will cost you 150 - 200 USD up and down.
