When boarding the train Does your luggage stay with you? I will be bring a small suitcase and a
backpack. I will probably take a soft sleeper train. When I go to the bathroom or dining car will I
have to take my luggage with me?

hi, as I know boarding the train in China, the luggage stay with us. Just as my personal experience, I usually bring all the important things together, such as purse, passport etc in a small bag carry around when I go to the bathroom to ensure safe. Reply to this

A soft sleeper is relatively safe ,but still put your laggage where you can see it.And put your important things in a small bag like a waist pack and wherever you go or when you sleep. Reply to this
