Singapore is more expensive, secure, neat, clean than Malay.
Malay is more cheaper, distinguish, unsecure, bigger, attractive place(bcos bigger than spore).
transportation is equally same.
food is also equally same for sure.

so,, wht do u prefer?

u should come to those countries. Reply to this

Singapore is more expensive but if you have 5 days, you should do both! Spend 2 days in Singapore and 3 days in Malaysia! This will cover most of the places in both countries! Reply to this

Hey definitely Singapore can be better option. As suggested by nich you can visit both singapore and malaysia in 5 days, but it will be very hectic for you, instead of that you can just stay in Singapore for 5 days and enjoy the tourist spots comfortably.

5 Days in Singapore well.......... it's safer and cleaner in Singapore. You can shop around at our famous shopping "district" orchard road, visit the new RWS (Sentosa) - Casino and visit our famous zoological gardens/ night safari /bird park/ science centre 😊 Reply to this

Thinking of visiting my favorite place, Singapore? If so I'll offer you a few pointers to ensure you get the best out of your stay.

The shopping plaza's are amazing, don't miss out Lucky Plaza the homeland of Filipino shops, and full of the people themselves on a Sunday. Far East Plaza, great for just about everything. Paradox, this is all the expensive designer gear, but still things worth a look.

Visit Sentosa Island via the cable car, or get a taxi direct.

The Bird Park, Zoo, Botanic Gardens, another must see is a visit to Little India

If you like sport, their are two World class golf courses on Sentosa Island. For horse racing, one of the best tracks in the World is at Changi.

A taxi into China Town is also worth a visit, as this place is 100% Chinese

What To Eat:

Singapore is well known for it's range of food, and you can buy almost every type of meal on the planet.

If you eat in the restaurants or hotels it will cost usually between S$10-S$20 each, eat in the food courts, and you get a filling meal for as little as S$4 Reply to this

in my opinion 5 days is just nice to visit both places! they are similar and yet different at the same time, so unless you do both, you'll be missing out on something..what are you into? shopping? sightseeing? adventure sports? Reply to this

I love Singapore, so my vote goes to that country. I don't know, but Malaysia is much stricter than Singapore when it comes to their visitors. Plus you can roam around Singapore easily with their train system.

And in case you are planning to go to Singapore, do not forget to visit these places:

1. Sentosa
2. Universal Studios Singapore
3. National Museum of Singapore
4. Singapore Zoo and Night Safari
5. Singapore Flyer
6. Jurong Bird Park
7. Esplanade Theatre
8. Marina Bay
9. Merlion Park
10. Marina bay Sands Skypark

Being a tour planner I understand the expensiveness of Singapore. So I would suggest you to go to Malaysia. And if I think about the day you want to travel, I recommend you the both destinations. Enjoy 3 nights in Malaysia and 3 in Singapore.

See these places in Malaysia:
Bako National Park
Batu Caves
Petronas Twin Tower
Cherating Beach
Canada Hill

And these in Singapore:

The Merlion
Sentosa
Universal Studios
Singapore Flyer
The Night Safari
Museums
