After booking on-line, I have been asked to pay a deposit. Think I wonder about is that I am asked to deposit the funds into a bank account. there is no credit card option. Is this a trustworthy company? Reply to this

Probably. Many small businesses in Thailand do not accept credit cards as the processing costs charged by the banks are high if the number of transactions is low.

I have taken a look at the website and the prices are no cheaper than if you booked at a normal tour operator. My suggestion, if you are worried about paying into a bank, is to go back to the company and tell them you are not willing to pay by this method, and that you will give them the cash when they arrive to pick you up from your gueshouse/hotel.

If they do not agree, wait until you arrive and re-book. There are plenty of reputable tour operators who will be only too pleased to have your business. Reply to this
