Hello Serian 😊

The following place has a reputation for being good as well as good value. Book in advance because it is popular.

Another neat and clean hotel, centrally located next to Marine Drive at Narimon Point and near to Church Gate is http://www.nivalink.com/chateauwindsor/index.html I have stayed here acouple of times when I visited mumbai for my concerts and I found this place very practical, cheap for the location and right in the centre of mumbai.
