Desperately trying to get this trip organised......flying from Kathmandu to Tibet

Hi all,

I'm trying to fly from Kathmandu to Lhasa and return. What airlines fly the route and which are the best/safest? I have received contradictory sets of information from travel agencies on this side of the ocean and in Nepal. I know Air China flies the route. Any other airline?
