Hello Annaka 😊

If you want to stay on a nice quite beach on Koh Samui you could stay in Charlee Bungalows. They are right on Hat Bo Phut beach.

On Koh Pha Ngan Coconut beach bungalows are nice. The beach is quite secluded as there is not yet a paved road going to it. At least there wasnt when I was there a year and a half ago.

There are many places on both Koh Phangana and Koh Samui, what is your budget ? So you want something very cheap or just budget range ? Reply to this

primarily looking for a popular place to meet people as heading out alone. probably looking for something in the budget range as looking for safety, no secluded beach bungalows etc. If anyone knows of any hostels, places with shared accomodation that kind of thing.

Cheers

Thailand is generally a safe place for women travellers. Violent assaults on women are rare.

Coconut beach bungalows are very safe. They are owned by a Swiss guy who speaks fluent English and will help you out with any problems. Although the beach is secluded there are people there staying at the bungalows all the time and the staff are there too.

Another place to stay on Koh Pha Ngan is Sarisa place on Ao Chalok Lam beach. Also the family run place to the right of it is good. Both places only cost around 4 Euros per night for a hut but are safe and there are generally plenty of backpackers around to socialise with on that beach. Reply to this
