Gills vs Scumthorpe. Our first home evening ko. Nice and warm under the floodlights. Friday night games are a bit rare down here but i was looking forward to this one. Nevermind. Honestly, we flew out of the traps tonite, right from the kick off. Jarvis to mullers, back again then out wide and forced a corner. After 3 mins we'd had 3 chances and after 10 mins we'd had 5. Most players had a chance to score for us in the first half hour. For me Flynn was most guilty misssing an easy lob and Jarvis most unlucky. Big Dave needs to learn that after beating 5 players to lay the ball off. He must be a bitch to play against at 5-aside. Jupp missed a free header. So u know wots comming don't ya. ... read more

Gills vs Northampton Cobblers, no actually it was true. But also a load of cobblers!! RandomMan and Willis were joined today by not only the returning Mr and Mrs Stamp, but Mr and Mrs D! They had scavanged tickets off their mate "clive". Well, after my last glowing report, we had lost 2 away from home but all reports saying defeat was unjust and points were deserved from both games. Not so today. Basically we were poor from the start. It just didn't happen at all. everyone now knows that Jarvis is our best player, and that Flynn likes to shoot from distance!! They marked them 2 out of the game and we did the rest of the damage our selves. New Keper Kelvin Jack was out injured - Spotted outside the ground in his suit ... read more

Hi RandomMan fans, The close season was far too long, world cup disappointment again, and the blues lost their best two players. Lots of new faces were brought in but how would they do. Read on for a better review than any sunday newspaper which only gives 2 paragraphs for league one, and its all me own work honest!! Gills Vs Huddersfeild Town. To be honest, i thought a draw would be good as they only lost out in the playoffs last year and kept same players and added fat boy Luke Beckett. Fat he is but also a goal machine against us!! I went early to watch the players warm up and got some close up views when, as part of a new routine the players do some sprints right in front of the RainhamEnd! ... read more

We can, and don't call me shirley!! Now todays blog is a little late due to me not being able to acces the site yesterday as it was having a "Timmy Fit". It wil also have to be a bit shorter as RandomMan has had a Random Accident, with a stanley Knife. I'm now minus part of my left typing finger!! Picture to follow if we get enough requests!! Any how, monday morning was spent mostly in bed as we didn't have to go to work. I had planned to go to the pub pre-match but remebered that on the 2 or 3 occasions i had done so this season, the game had ended in a draw. so i sacrificed my beer for the 2 extra points, well i hoped. Willis and I met up with ... read more

RandomMan and Willis started another saturday at home with a bonza idea! Willis decided to get £10 put on her pay as you go mobile and ring "the man down under" and pretend to be pearl heenaan, diving legend! According to the orange website it would cost 40p per minute!! The phone call was duely made and RandomMan had to hide under the covers as The man down under asked who could possibly be calling him in his van on a saturday nite!! Once he figured out who it was he put another shrimp on the barbie and chatted for about half an hour to RandomMan and Willis. RandomMan even had a chat with the Wilsation to keep up with the gossip. Once we had draged ourselves out of bed it was time to take a ... read more

Well we have been here in Rochester for 3 days now, and it is quite a nice little town. We are staying at a lovely Guest house called Grayling Guest House on St Margarets Street, and just 2mins down the road from us is the Rochester Cathedral and Rochester Castle. We have been inside both and they were really cool. It's like going back in time, the medieval ages. The main street here is called Rochester High Street (most main streets are called that) and it has lots of little shops crafts, gifts, clothes, those wierd shops with dragon/wizards/crystals and stuff, little grocery stores, and lots of others. We walk down the shop every day. At night time the street looks really pretty with the Christmas lights still zig-zagging across the street. The street is cobble ... read more
