After reports from a certain Cronulla local and Miranda Real Estate Agent who won't be named (Darren), Sean will be writing this blog to see if he can pep things up a little and make our read a little more interesting. Mind you the idea of writing this thing is to keep you informed of our travels not for your personal entertainment. Just stick those favourite little websites of yours Daz, the ones we all know you like. Our first port of call was San Sebastian, a cool little holiday town at the top of Spain. After meeting up with Boycey, Tytey and Holley (who travelled with us) we thought we needed to try out one of the many tapas bars that line the streets. We were impressed! More than 10 jugs of Sangria later and ... read more

Hi! I asked Martin to write about the trip and here it is: Mallorca - Ibiza, Formantera. 2007.07.14 - 21 FIRST DAY Here we go! The most exiting thing is that you don't know what awaits you. Perfectly describes the adventure on boat. Meeting our participants, I understood that we will have some family holidays. Calm, relaxing! There we where, just left port of Palma and heading to south in deep blue Mediterranean. Enjoying first emotions of waving in waves with excitement, especially our younger travelers. Sails where set out in full wind and the force draw as away in sea. A little bit of lyrics never spoil. So.. Wind was pretty strong and waves high. Black dark soon took us over. Our 14 meters catamaran started a nice swing. Our crew started to feel something ... read more

We've just come home from a great week's holiday at the famly resort of Cala Llonga, Ibiza. Weather upon arrival was very warm, but the day after the clouds gathered although it was still shorts and t-shirt weather. From then, things hotted up with temperatures around 31c each day, but cooled nicely at night. We flew with the airline 'MyTravel' from Manchester direct to Ibiza and while they're not classed as a 'budget' airline they might well be with the dire amount of legroom you get. My knees were uncomfortably nudging the seat in front and this explains why we too occasionally felt a gentle push in our backs due to the poor people behind having the same problem. Fortunately it was just under a three hour flight although we were glad to get off ... read more

I don't think I have ever been to a holiday house in a better location. It was so difficult to be there. So many decisions to make... *to swim in the pool or go to the beach? *to eat lunch at the pool or at one of the two dinner tables? *to sunbake at the pool, beach or on the mattresses next to the house? *to have a gin & tonic or a glass of wine? So very difficult...I'm not quite sure how I made it through the week! We went into Ibiza town for one day. We got to see the famous Cafe Del Mar, it was good to get out and see other areas of the island, but we made a decision to never leave the 'compound' again! A big, beautiful house about ten ... read more

IBIZA is a complete Party Town during the evening and i'm sure anyone who has been there will agree! During the day you get the quite town with no one there except families because the clubbers are with still in bed or on the beach somewhere getting there tan and sleep on the beach getting ready for another night of activities. Well, that what you would me doing!!! The partying fantastic there, because apart from the chatting up and sleezy guys, there is also a geniune liking of dancing to the best music!!! You would definately find me on the dancing floor with my girlsfriends feeling the music and dancing like there was no tomorrow!!! I spent 3 days in IBIZA doing the same thing, but I also spent a day going to the old town ... read more

The summer of 2006 was nothing but fun, fun, fun. And what better way to end the summer than at the closing parties in Ibiza. Bex, Bindy, Juicy, Adrian, Anna, Matt, Baz and I made our way there at the end of September. We were staying in the Jet Apartments in Playa d’en Bossa on East Coast, so called because we were right under the flight path. The planes left some pretty funky sounding jet streams behind them in the wee hours… We were there for 5 days and had planned to party for 3. We had tickets to a night at Pure Pacha, Def Mix at Pacha and the Space Closing Party that started at noon and ended the next morning at 6am. Every day was spent on the beach, which was a stone’s throw ... read more

Beautiful sunshine, crystal clear blue water, best clubs and DJ's in the world along with exotic looking Spaniards, this was the Belearic Island of Eivissa (Ibiza) Graeme, Maree, Andy and l spent 6 crazy nights going wild on the Island. Ibiza is truly clubbers heaven. From a typically Spanish looking old town, (where we were all chased and thrown rocks at by 5 gypsy kids for not giving them any money!), to the biggest and best clubs in the world located on a breathtaking Island. Ibiza's clubbing season starts in June and ends in September, this is when the Island comes alive and people go mental - literally! A great, cheesy introduction to Ibiza was upon landing into Ibiza airport there was screams from tens of young clubbers with, “wooooo welcome to Ibiza baby…sex, drugs and ... read more

Hi, August was to be a big month for me in terms of travel as i had trips planned to Paris, Spain and Switzerland. 2 down and one to go... We caught the Eurostar from London Waterloo thinking that this would be the most efficient and comfortable journey to Paris, as i had done this relatively short journey a few years back. Unfortunately, the train that departed before us was faulty and held up all the other trains on the line. This resulted in the journey which was meant to take 2 and a half hours turn into a 4 and a half hour marathon and had us stressing about whether we would make it in time to the Moulin Rouge which we had booked prior to leaving. We eventually arrived and checked into our hotel, ... read more
