The thing is that the availability of food here is just so different. You walk into a supermarket or any kind of similar shop in Africa and you can often get most of what you need. It might not be what you actually want but, somewhere, there will be something. You walk into a supermarket or food shop here and you can generally pick up not what you want but what you desire. And, most of the time, you didn't even know it.
