Hey everyone,

I am looking to book a holiday villa in Tuscany - planning a family vacation in July next year. Can anyone please recommend a vacation rentals website?I found some good properties (on sunnyrentals.com) but have never heard of them before?Has anyone used their services?

Thanks in advance. Reply to this

Hi, homelidays is always a good choice but I have had friends stay with another company based in Florence called Windows on Italy. Their website is the same as their name. I remember them having some excellent reviews on Tripadvisor and other holiday rental sites. It's worth a try! Hope to have been of some help! Good luck! Reply to this

You can find yr accomodation here:

http://www.flatinitaly.com was founded by a young Italian entrepreneur with significant professional experience in both international business and tourism. Having managed residential rental properties for both tourists and business travelers in the historic center of Florence, he is familiar with the exigencies of Clients who wish to stay in an Italian city and with those of owners who wish to rent for brief periods to foreign and Italian Clients.

http://www.flatinitaly.com is an innovative website: young, dynamic, colorful, easy to use, fast to reserve. It offers a wide variety of apartment types with a potential database of apartments in over 6000 Italian municipalities. The search engine gathers information on apartment types, bed capacity, services and extras available, the neighborhood in which the apartment is located and the rental price for the total number of days requested, highlighting the daily rental price updated in real time, to allow the Client to compare available apartments and choose the right one.

Our clients are webs surfers who prefer to stay in Italy in close contact with the reality and the context in which the apartment is located: they want to visit the cultural attractions of the area, make purchases in local shops, buy at neighborhood markets or simply have available the comforts of their own home in ace in which they find themselves at that moment.
They are tourists who alone, with friends or with family, choose an apartment according to their own needs by type (from studio apartments to ones with numerous bedrooms), price and location.
But they are also businessmen and women, teachers or doctors who are participating in a conference and prefer the comforts of an apartment and the possibility to prepare a quick meal or a dinner with local ingredients.

The apartments are managed directly by their owners. Who better than they to provide information about the neighborhood, the opening times of museums or events happening in the city during the client’s stay?
On every page of the site, all details regarding services and extra costs are displayed to insure clarity.
After reserving, each Client will receive the information necessary to be able to contact the apartment owner directly in order to establish check-in time, the most efficient route from the train station or airport and any other information that might render arrival as comfortable as possible. Likewise, the owners will receive all necessary data to be able to contact the Client.

The staff of http://www.flatinitaly.com is highly specialized, polite and ready to respond to any question that either clients or owners may have. Contact us via: email, fax, telephone or Skype

I would suggest looking for a place on the Venere web site which is one of the biggest hotel reservation services in Europe and is based in Italy. They are who I use on my web site. Reply to this
