We made it to Paris - cute apartment but HELL day of travel
So good to hear from you Kate, will bring you up to speed for your big trip - you know how much i hate technology!! if I can do it you can too. Took us longer today to get from the airport in Paris to our VERY upmarket lodgings - in arrondissement number 1, so very hip and happening than it did to fly from Venice to Paris. - we feel very daggy in our travel gear - but will shop soon. Will update the past few weeks in the next few days. Am still speaking my bad italian keep forgetting I'm in France. Love to the kids and you Jo

Now thats a breaky that I could get used to daily. I just tried to read your entire blog in one go!! That was never going to happen. Got to the end of March then skipped to here. Hi!!!!
Hi...Dundee looks nice nad the snow makes it look even prettier. It was 11oc this mornign here but will get up to 18oc...sunny but getting chilly. I ahve my second greyhound girl now I am fostering. She is evry different to Amber. Quite independent and goofey. She makes me laugh heaps. Spends most of her day lounging on our lounge then at 2pm starts sooking for a walk. Then passes out for another couple of hours. I have enrolled in Cert.IV Animal Services...bets Community Services. I haven't got stuck in yet as already I need to be in the field to do my case studiies and work palce assignments. But I can answer the short answer questions from workbooks. So I'm a full time student I get a break from Centrelink + mad Job Centre Aust. don't know who is more incompetent. Course is thru open colleges, correspondence. Nit cheap...still fighting to try + get Job Centre to pay for soem of it...dealing with teenages + RSL patrions that's what the staff look like you know the Shire look...more concerned about the nails + jewllery. That's about it for me....I'll email you some pics of Milly the greyhound + Maya girl. She gets on better with Milly cause she try's to act like a normal dog licks, gets excited. Amber was more like a pony. LOl! Oh you'll love love Prague get ready for your sensory over load old town square + do a river trip on one of the boats. At night it is breath taking.....we stayed in a 17 Century hotel/apartment. Lots of love Jo xxxxxxx

Wow!
Wow! Thousands of years of history and you have stepped amongst it all! Just so amazed after reading your last couple of weeks of blog entries. Some of the photos you have posted, like on the field at Lords, Legoland scenes and the execution site in that prison can bring such intense reaction even through a blog site! Amazing! I have to agree with Michael...Kasey and horses look like they belong together! And finally, since this IS the Edinburgh comment site, who was Hadrian?! ps Have you got to feel snow yet?

Hadrian rules!!!
hadrian was the roman emperor in ancient britain, I loved ancient history at school thanks to a great teacher, anyway he decided to build a wall across Britain to keep out the pesky celts, it took about 7 years and stood for over 400. Eventually as the roman empire went in to decline the wall was abandoned as Romans left Britain to defend other boarders! Yes all been in the snow and thrown snow balls! Also forgot to add we had haggis while in Edinburgh, totally touristy but we had to!!

Legoland looks awsome. So many Star Wars things how did Jo ever leave. Loved the full size Chewy Loved Casey in Tantoine Loved the Landspeeder ride I really hope Nigel never sees this blog. He will be so Jealous. Ps I have noticed some real themes emerging in your holiday. History (museums and monuments), shopping and the bargains for Jo, horses for Casey, sport for Greg and Cooper (Lords, Wembly and Man U) and lets not forget the sightings of the Precious. What more could a family want!!!!!
