Yippeeeee!

Great Taxi ride out to the airport - our driver talked cricket all the way, he's originally from Pakistan.

Small - tiny airport. Got away on time and i sat across the asile from the rest of the fam.

Taxi from the airport after booking out o/n train from here to Prague and getting dome cash.

Paul and Karen - our hosts were out - so we went to the pub next door and had a drink sitting next to the canal.

We checked in at 6 - and lugged our bags up the steepest steps ever!!! - great view and room, lovely host who gave us maps and told us where to go in the nicest way.

Headed out to town to go to Anne Franks house which closed at 9pm, we made it with great help from the tram driver, BUT the line at 7.30pm was too long for us to get in by 8pm. They sent us away and told us to come back tomorrow.

So, back on the tram and started looking for dinner - all near by we decided on pizza. FANTASTIC place, but there was a cat on a nearby table! Not long after we got there two women walked in with their beagle and sat behind us, that was it for Kasey, she spent the rest of the night with Birgit and Monique - sisters who own Nicky the beagle. They also own their own fashion company (blue pepper industries - denim for kids, just a slight plug , i think it will be in Aus in the next 6 months)- and Nicky is their mascot. We chatted on and off all night, kasey spent all her time with them, they were so lovey. At the end of the night Monique gave Kasey her card asking us to keep them posted about the rest of the trip.

Back to the room - at 11pm we were still all awake - tomorrow is going to be a very long day. I fell asleep looking out the window at a tree - thinking of Anne Frank. Thinking of the tree she looked at from the attic in the secret annex.

Hello Kasey! We love your drawing of you and Nicky! Luke loved the look of that fast slippery dip!
