After breakfast, Nikki and I went to another Art of Entertaining presentation with the Executive Chef of Disney Cruise Line and Michael Jordan from Napa Rose. They made appetizers. While we were at the show, Regan napped and Kelsie went to Ocean Quest. Right after the cooking demo Nikki and I went to see a presentation by Duckie Williams, one of the Disney Artists. Geo: 9.35858, -79.9Today was the day the majority of the ship was waiting for, the crossing of the Panama Canal. I say the majority of the ship because Regan and Kelsie couldn't have cared less. I had warned everyone that we were going to have to get up early and go up on deck so we could get a spot to see the ship enter the Canal. People were planning on camping out on deck to get a good spot. Well, the alarm went off at 6 and nobody moved. I got up and showered. When I got out of the shower Nikki asked me if we had stopped. Geo: 11.6092, -90I did sleep in all the way til 6:40 this morning but stayed in bed until about 7:20 when I got up and went out to read on the verandah. Ahead of the ship it was dark and cloudy and I kept hearing something that sounded like thunder. Then, out of the corner of my eye I caught a flash so I stood up and watched a lightning storm. We were headed straight into a wall of rain. It was a strange to be sailing right into the storm. It started to mist a little and I decided to go up on deck and see what it looked like from up there. Geo: 17.8951, -104.15Today was an at sea day. I read on the verandah for a while until the rest of the family got up (well, Nikki got up and around 9 we woke the girls up). Getting ready didn't take much time as we were planning to spend some time at the pool.Breakfast was in Topsiders again followed shopping and then going to a Family Craft activity where we made foam door hangers. Kelsie was itching to get her hair braided so she and I went up to deck 9 to see if we could get an appointment. Lucky for us they had enough time to do it right then so she got her hair braided. Geo: 22.88, -109.9Up a little before 8:00 today so that I could go to the shore excursion desk and see about changing the time on our shore excursion to be earlier. We were able to get on the 12:00 tour. I went back to the room and Nikki was up. She and I sat out on the verandah and watched the ship pull into Cabo San Lucas. As we sat there I noticed that up ahead of the ship were a whole bunch of fish jumping out of the water. I then realized that it was dolphins and there were about 100 of them.
