Hello again. On Sunday we got up early and headed into Pennsylvania to meet up with Trish and the kids as they stayed the night in a lodge up in the mountains called Great Wolf Lodge. Tommy stayed home as he hurt his back.We got there about 10am. What an Amazing place,Its a 3 stories high Hotel that has a forest theme.Like fake racoons in the rafters and scuptures of wolves all around the place. Then we went into the indoor water park that is joined onto it. Tori and I teamed up and went on every ride we could. Josh and Ethan's friend teamed up and went on the rides as Ethan wasn't too keen on going on some of them. We had a ball. They had 6 tube rides of different thrill factors plus ... read more

Atlantic City is only about 1 1/4 away. Found our motel ok, When I booked it I looked for the cheapest one closest to the hall where the concert is. Well thats exactly what we got. Its a 3 storied motel stuck in amongst all the huge hotels around us. Its a bit of a dive but we can walk to the Boardwalk and its got a pool. Hello, Friday we just mucked around at Ross and Christas. I swept the back deck, then thought I should pull out some of the weeds in a planter on the deck, which led to the garden below. Then around to the other garden, which got me to pruning the bush , which led to pruning the big trees before Josh mowed the lawn !!!! How anyone works in this weather I'm buggered if I know. Talk about sweat, I had to go and have another shower. Ross and Christa both work from about 7am to 1.30pm normally. Come home for a couple of hours then either go racing at night or just go back and feed up and put the horses out. So the only time they're home is during the hottest part of the day. Funny ... read more

Hello again, On monday we had to move our trailer. I went to the shop yesterday to see if we could stay another couple of days. She said sure but someone is booked to come into your site for 3 days right behind you. So we packed up and moved to different part of the park with no sewage hook up now. No biggy then we drove to Toronto again. Found a park in a parking building and went to the Eaton center shopping mall. Its got over 250 shops and over a million people go through there a week. 2 levels above ground and 2 below, An awesome curved glass roof that has to be at least 700m long along the main shopping area was incredible. So while the girls went one way the boys went ... read more

Wednesday we headed off to Niagara Falls, its about an hour from here. The motorway is called the QEW, Theyre widening it though, so that causes a few slow downs along the way. We drove down the main road beside the Falls , through the mist that comes up off the falls. Found a carpark area for $20 / day at the south end. Walked over to the Falls and got wet walking through the mist . At least we were prepared and bought rain coats. From the Welcome centre that is right by the Falls , You just sit there watching the water go over the Falls and are mezmarised by the shear volume of water that flows. We went and got tickets and waited in a reasonably long line to go on the 'Maid of ... read more

Thought it was time I told my side of the story!!!!! The time here has just flown, its good to have the odd day like today just to catch up on stuff. I have baked bread for my celiacs and made healthy food for my diabetic! Going to get Tori to dye my hair tonight, going a bit grey from spending so much time with my husband!! Just done grocery shopping (again), and i've decided that I will have to start going by myself or our grocery budget will be blown before we get half way through our trip! We went for milk and cheese and came $70 poorer. Bit of a mission finding gluten free food, we have a much better variety of stuff at home. We have an oven and microwave so we have ... read more

Hello, Well we've completed the heading North part of our trip . You can't go much more north than Canada !! Saturday, we finally got to the mall. Kylie and Tori only got around 1/2 of it. Josh and I went and bought another phone, same as the old one. I managed to change over my old phone number and the minutes that were left on it too. So that was a bonus. They are only $40 and you get 300 minutes with it. Came home , got organised and went to the New Egypt speedway to meet up with Tommy and Ethan. $15 to get in and kids free, they had a Christmas in july thing going on. Santa and Mrs Claus were there and they did a raffle for bikes, radios, 26" LCD tv ... read more
