Where Edinburgh is the second most visited tourist place in the UK, Glasgow is the largest city in Scotland. Both the places reflects the culture of modern Scotland. You get a plenty of cottages in Scotland for a homely stay.
Randolph in Scotland Sis,
Thomas Randolph came from Scotland to the U S in 1635, His family actually had worked in the king of England's court but due to conflict (war I suppose) the family went to Scotland, and then to America. Our line runs back to Thomas,
actually one of my gggg-f's brother had a daughter, that married a jefferson, one of their son's was Thomas, guess
what he was??
glad you had a great trip and we love the pictures./
beautiful Hi Kids,
I assume you are having a great time, Scotland is one of the places in the world that I would like to visit, but maybe it will have to be in my dreams. Granny and I have been very busy, gardening, cutting grass and also working.
to take care enjoy
These are GREAT That stained glass window is just beautiful. I love the architecture on Edinburgh Castle the most of all the buildings. It makes Queen Mary's birthplace seem almost drab :) Keep them coming and thank you again for sharing!
Wonderful! Shasta, it's too cool you are there and thanks so much for sharing the trip. Tim just finished a course in Scottish history, so I'm showing him the pictures when I get home. He's taught me so much about Scottish history I had no idea of, just by proof reading his papers! It looks so green and beautiful there, and the castles, well, it's just great. I'll be looking forward to seeing the rest of the blog. Have safe and joyful travels.
Safe travels! Hey Cuz! I am glad you all did not suffer great loss from the floods. Have a safe and fruitful trip! We are supposed to see your dad on June 20. Take care, Jimmy

The trip to Scotland sounds wonderful. Colin Graham goes over there from Ireland fairly often if you have opportunity to call him I know he and Lisa would be encouraged. We support his work in Bangor, Northern Ireland and he is the dearest of friends to Carolyn and I.
Be safe in traveling. God bless you. just ken

My husband, Anthony, have returned from living in Arusha, Tanzania, East Africa. We moved there in October of 2006, and returned home in January of 2009. I miss it terribly! We are from Tennessee and have one son, Joshua. We were missionaries in Chimala, Tanzania from 1992 - 1995 and fell in love with the country as a whole. We came home, got some additional schooling, allowed Joshua to do all the things teenagers should do, graduate high school, and moved back to Africa. Have come home, Joshua is married. This journal is our ongoing story.
