Please advice
Hi Lynne, California looks great and I am all booked to leave on 1 June however I have had bad news in so much that my travelling companion has bleeding on the brain following a recent motorbike accident and can't come. We have booked 29 foot RV and planned to tour for a month returning 3 July. I am now wondering if I could do it alone. I am a competent driver at home but am concerned about driving such a huge vehicle on the opposite side of the road, travelling those steep windy roads and also how safe it is for a woman travelling alone and stopping in laybyes. What do ya reckon! Susan x

Viva Las Vegas
It is a crazy town. What do you think of the street vendors and what they are peddling??? Stay safe and enjoy all the sites. BJ

Wow!
I can only repeat - WOW! xx

Zany Vegas
Opulent beyond belief. I've always said I'd hate to pay the electric and water bills. It is a shame really with all the hungry people in the world to have such waste. Hope you go to a couple of shows.

Glitzy ditzy stuff!
Wow, Lynne! Really extreme stuff, eh? Man-made "marvels" with everything so slick! Yes, a real contrast to the desert and canyon formations! I reckon the drinking and gambling at breakfast time for retirees on scooters is an experience! Giggle! I liked the comment that if it doesn't exist....the Americans will invent it! Hugs, Maureen.

Fabulous!
Hi Lynne - the photos of Redstone & Crystal River look fabulous and the weather, glorious. I like the sound of those little shepherd cabins - a sort of posh camping. The hot pools sound very nice indeed and I know from personal expereince that 2 hours is a very long time! You're all keen when you get in but sometimes, if they're a little too warm, your tolerance can be shorter than you think. ANZAC Day here on Thursday and wonderful, wonderful weather for it and onwards into the weekend. It was sunny and 25c in Brisbane yesterday (and again today) - hard to believe it's the 2nd month of Autumn. We're very lucky. Enjoy - Fiona & Anthony

Following you
Do you have a map function when you write up your posts? I read your blog with my big foldout USA map close by so I know where you are but it is still too small to see some places you've mentioned. A map with flags on your page would really help! I'm not complaining though as I love looking at the map - just keep writing x

MAPS
Patricia, there is a map thingy - but small - I think it only ticks off vague areas of the world you have been. Try Googling the places. Good to see you mapping me . lv xx

Unusual landscape for a Golf Course!! wonder if anyone has thought of!!? 100 miles of that terrain? as you say it needs to be seen to be believed! Question
Just had a thought Lynne. I am traveling to US in June and looking for a new camera that is good for panoramic shots and isn't as heavy as my Canon 300D SLR. What are you using? Susan x

You globetrotter you! :-)
Hej Lynne! We can see you are alive and kicking! So are we. Great to see your wonderful pics from the US. Trying to get an exchange in France or Spain this year, and had a great one on "the hook", but as it turned our our "boat" was not a yacht - they changed their minds. Haha! We also have one bit that makes it somewhat harder - Pepsi - our new whippet (dog). But we are hoping for an exchange still. All our warm regards to you and be safe out there! Cajsa, Fredrik, Alina, Nisse and Tilda Ps. Nisse still talks about you and the toys! Just turned 6 and lost a tooth.
