It will happen shortly I promise It has been only about a month since I heard that I will be made redundant and now I'm sitting in a small office in my backpacker's in Johannesburg. Was glad to leave the last few weeks behind me as there was so much to organize and do but hey who is complaining. This blog entry is pretty old and incomplete. Read at own risk ;) It never snows in Denver someone said to me. He was clearly lying. I had one week of nearly cold but perfect weather. Then on the day when I had to travel a bit further it starts snowing. It all didn’t start too bad. Got up early and did the 30+ miles in 1h 45 min not too bad for rush-hour traffic, which is slowed down by a bit of snow on the ground. This blog entry is pretty old and incomplete. Read at own risk ;) First stop in Germany was as usual Stuttgart the last place I lived back then in the good old days in Germany. I think I mentioned before that I changed my flights so that I arrive for the last two games of the world cup. That was a brilliant decision (have to pat myself on the shoulder here). I flew into Frankfurt and then took the train to Stuttgart. A friend was waiting for me in the train station and I knew something had changed in Germany when I saw him dressed in a German flag.
