I am going to Buenos Aires next week and am packing. Is it standard for girls/women to wear jeans out at night (for dinners/bars/clubs) or is dressier attire (skirts/dresses) required? What about for tango shows and/or lessons?
Reply to this I was there for a weekend and wore black pants out one night when we ate at a more upscale restuarant. The second night we went to several regular clubs and I wore jeans. In my experience, the women weren't completely dressed up however Argentinian women do live up to their rep of being beautiful and were put together no matter what they were wearing.
