Travelblog Office Christmas Party

For us travelling types Travelblog is very much our office. It's where we submit our travel reports and spend much more time than we'd really like to. With this in mind I was wondering if any of my colleagues (that means you) who may be in the Auckland (NZ) area over the festive period would consider joining us for an office Christmas party? (ie. does anyone fancy meeting for a drink sometime in December).

Dear All,

The Travelblog Auckland Branch Christmas get together was small - but perfectly formed.
Five bloggers representing three TB accounts drank, ate and chatted the night away, missing the last buses home and turning the barmaid into the groups official photographer.
I'm sure a few of those photos will make their way onto this site in one form or another.

My thanks to Jo (Jo Trouble) and Claire and Tommy (claire n tommy) for not walking in one door and out the other, but sticking around and making a really good evening of it.

Me & Vik are looking forward to a repeat performance in Tehran next year...(??) Reply to this

And from Rio: four bloggers from three accounts did much the same on the 19th, and introduced 3 of us to the concept of a churrascurria (sp?) - an all you can eat buffet Brazilian style.

Thanks to Jenny and Mike (Quarter Life Crisis) and Ana (LeGrandBleu) for making the evening fantastic.

Next year - well - I hope technology will help more parties happen - something new for the new year... end of cryptic comment. Reply to this
