Travelling with Teenagers

Would love suggestions from other parents on great places to travel with teens.

I have two teenage daughters. As with many teens, they are high maintenance and easily bored. I would love suggestions of great destinations that a 13 and 16 year old would enjoy. Resorts with children's programs don't seem to have anything for teens. If you've been to a particular city or adventure holiday that your teenager enjoyed please let me know. Thanx
