Travelling with Kids

Hi
We are going round the world with our 2 daughters in September, has anyone got any advice on things to do, see stay??? We are spending 1 month in the US, then 6 weeks in NZ, 6 weeks in Oz and 4 months in Asia... Bali, Singapore, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam and Thailand.. I am feeling quite apprehensive at the moment and would love to hear from anyone that has done the same sort off trip... although I see there appears to be few other families on here.... We want to take in the sites but are hoping to avoid the tourist trail as much as possible as I cant stand tourists!!! I am hoping to find family run guesthouses (we only have a handfull of hotels booked so far). and are on a tight budget... any help would be great...thanks Chloe. Reply to this
