Reply to this Hi, I first asked for help as photos wouldn’t upload to blog in June. I am happy to see the problem has been resolved for lots of people but my photos are still not appearing. Help please? I am off again soon and want to blog but it is pointless without pics! Please, please suggest how to overcome this problem.
Reply to this Hi again Sue. It works fine for me and others. Can you provide more detailed information, please. For example: what are you uploading from and what operating system does it use? Is this a different device from what you used before? Do the photos upload but don't display? Do you see photos from previous blogs? Are you getting any error messages? Any information might help us.

I received a link to a forum post from you which I can read but the reply button is not working🤦🏻♀️.
My photos upload as black rectangles & do not open. I am carrying out the same steps as I have done previously for a number of years. I have not changed my device (an IPad) or anything else that I am aware of. It is strange that after my first message others had the same problem which was then sorted. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me. When trying to upload I click on photos, open file, select from my pictures folders, then click on start upload. Not sure what else I can do. I would be grateful for any help, Sue
Reply to this Thanks, Sue. I'm going to have to get one of our tech specialists to look in to this. It may take a few days before he can get to it, so be patient. I'm sure we will get it sorted eventually. When are you going away next? (Gives us a timeline to work to!) We are currently upgrading TB so we may have inadvertantly introduced a bug that affects you - though we test against most operating systems.before we release the new code.
I have just had a thought...How large are the photos you are trying to upload? We used to have a background system that would reduce large photos to a size suitable for the Internet so we could display them. I don't think it has been included in the re-write. There is a free program - PIXresizer - which will reduce the number of pixels in your photo. Try it on one of your photos and see if it will upload.

I are next travelling from mid November for 3 months so would love to be back to normal by then but I have 2 blogs to add that I gave up with as could not sort the pics. Ideally I would like those online before November as Wifi access will be limited once travelling.

Reply to this I have noticed that when I click the right hand upload button it is too quick as if it is not actually connecting as it should. The 100% indicator appears immediately, maybe to know that will help with diagnostic?

HI Sue. I have contacted Ali Watters who owns the site. He will be in touch with you in a couple of days to get more details. This problem seems to be limited to only a few people so it may be difficult to resolve quickly. For example: which country are you posting from? There may be restrictions on some posts. I couldn't post photos from China but could post the same photos from Mongolia.
Reply to this Hi, I don’t think location is an issue. The problem started in UK, cleared for a couple of blogs then reappeared. I have tried from UK ( various locations), Norway, Spain, and Papua New Guinea without success. Previously blogged from Norway without any difficulty. Keeping my fingers crossed, Sue
