Recommended notebook/chromebook for travel blogging

I have travelled extensively and usually only post on social media and share photo's but have just discovered TravelBlog and have created a profile. I do not have a notebook or laptop and usually just use my phone to connect to Facebook or Instagram and share photos.
Looking for recommendations on a small but relatively cheap notebook that I can take with us on our trip to Scandinavia, so I can travel blog to my hearts content. As this trip is quite expensive, with all our shore excursions and additional expenses for purchasing suitable clothing and footwear so we don't freeze, I don't want to spend much money on a device.
