Planning a short trip to South Africa, what are some must-see places

Hi Everyone,

I have been planning for a short trip to South Africa, sometime early next year. It may turn into a longer stay, but that's not final yet.

For now, at least Cape Town, Johannesburg & Kruger national park are in top of my places to see. What other places do you think I shouldn't miss? Reply to this

We have a trip planned next year to South Africa and we are planning to see some wineries, penguins, and whales before we head out on our Safari. You'll have to study to determine which animal reserve will offer what you are looking for. Reply to this

In response to: Msg #202386 hello, how are you ? I am from Morocco and I am a touristic guide . I organise tours for people who would like to pass an unforgettable time here in Morocco to discover so many new things in your life: culture, food, music, traditions, clothes and other special things.

Did you already go on your trip? We spent a week in Capetown and just posted about it, if that helps. -Jennifer Reply to this

Don't forget the garden route and I would highly recommend Etoscha National Park in Namibia.
Etoscha is a lot less crowded than Krueger.
And then it depends if you travel solo. I did and therefore booked with Urban Safaris (<snip>. Cape Town is always a great starting point. But don't make the mistake in trying to it all. Believe me, it won't be your last trip to South Africa ;-) Enjoy In response to: Msg #201966
