I\'m heading to Marrakech from Spain at the beginning of May. I was wondering if anyone can suggest a good bus or train service to use to get from Spain to Marrakech, and also a bus service to use while in Morocco. We will most likely be going from Marrakech to Agadir and possibly Fez. Any suggestions or warnings?
Reply to this Hello,
You can get a bus from Malaga to Alageciras spain, Take the ferry from Algeciras to Tangier port, then take a taxi to the train station (wach the metter with the driver), take the train to marrakech. There are three oprtunities couchette, 1 st class, or 2d class is the cheapest but its still quiet nice. They are different buses companies...The known one is CTM they respect time...You can use the train to go to Fes...or Ctm.. I prefer the train for long distance. You may be would like to stop in Asilah beautiful fishing and cultural town.

Reply to this Hi,
Travelling around Morocco by train or bus is a fantastic to see this wonderful country and meet its warm, hospitable and helpful people. I have found a website
SimplyMorocco that has many useful links to the national rail network as well as links and information to other methods of transport in Morocco.
The national railway link is http://www.oncf.ma/Index_en.aspx and for buses try http://www.supratours.ma/ and http://www.ctm.co.ma/
Hope that helps.
Rita
