I ask because i'm going travelling in summer (nz > s/e asia) on my own, and began to get worried about not metting anyone on the way. A friend has done the same route before and said don't worry about it, it just happens. But what if it doesn't?
Reply to this Hi there, knowing that you're looking for travel companions to come along with your trip? You better check this out - www.whoisintown.com. Here you'll meet fellow travellers in town. Have a nice and safety trip.
Reply to this No worries - Honestly! I've been doing this kind of thing on & off for 25 years & believe me, you're never on your own unless you choose to be. There are plenty of like-minded people out there doing exactly what you're doing for exactly the same reasons. It opens up opportunities, you're forced to communicate more than would otherwise - you'll find the best spots, reccomended by top people who've just been or are on their way somewhere. The sense of independence you get is a life long education tool that will serve you well in later life too. So, just grab life by the seat of the pants & DO IT!! :-)
