What do you think about this? Do you ever buy your Malaria prevention drugs in the third world? If so, will you continue doing so?
First of all, "prevention is better than cure" so if there is a Malaria alert on particular place, our common sense tell us to buy preventive drugs. For my experience, I'd rather buy expensive product to make sure it is safe and effective. Also read some reviews before buying particular medicines.
