Hi all,
we are thinking to buy the below to help us with water availability and costs when travelling. Has anybody used it/or similar before?? What are the pros and cons?? It costs quite a bit but should save us money long term so very appealing to us. Additionally it allows you to drink any water you can find with no health risk.
Any response would be very appreciated;-)

Reply to this Hi, I have never used it but from at 50£ the price seems very reasonable. It depends where and for how long you are going and what are the prices of bottled water.
But in SE Asia, where we are currently traveling you usually get about 3-5 liters of water for 1£. But that is something two people will drink in day, if not even faster. So if you are travelling for longer than two months its probably worth it. From your link the size doesn't look too bad and you don't need any electricity or anything. But it will still require a bit more effort that just buying water 😊
Maybe check water purification tablets as well.
Reply to this Hi, we bought it in the end as we are planning to be away for more than a year so it will definitely come cheaper. This bottle with 2 filters will allow us for 3200 liters of water and can take water from anywhere;-)
