I found a pretty cheap ticket to Frankfurt through a charter airline called Air Transat which I have never heard of. Anyone hear of them or used them before?

Air Transat is a charter airline based in Canada...I have flown with them many times. They are a financially stable company. Some complain that the seating is very small but that's what you get for the price!
I have booked with travel website http://vacations.netholidays.ca and got a cheap vacation through them. They used an Air Transat plane and it was a pleasant experience!

Reply to this Thanks Paul, I did book straight through Air Transat site. The flight is so much cheaper, it was about $400 cheaper then every other airline.
I just don't know how I have never heard about it before.
Reply to this Just like Paul said, it is a Canadian charter airline. I have flown with them and found the service to be perfectly reasonable for the price. Some of their flights are operated by Thomas Cook airlines, with whom they are affiliated.
