Hi all

Just heard back from my boss and I have 30 days to take off in September/October to go to Nepal, India and Dubai! Ive come up with a travel itinerary and was hoping that people could give me some advice on where to go/places to visit and what not - so here goes:

September 5th - Fly out to Kathmandu (Meet people over there)
Chitwan National Park
Varanasi
Agra
Jaipur
Jodphur
Jaisalmer
Jodphur
Mumbai
Goa
September 29th - Fly out to Dubai

Most of the the travelling will be done by train so any help would be fantastic!!!

Cheers in advance!!

Hi ,

It would be better if you check out the indian railways website or one of websites like clear trip etc.

Train journeys should be done in AC 2 tier or 3 tier or in AC first class,it will be comfortable for you.

In general its better you book your train tickets at least a month or 2 in advance.
And ther should be atleast 1-1.5 hours of difference between two connecting trains for trains do get delayed .

In Agra ;- Taj Mahal,Agra Fort,Fatehpur Sikri,Sikandra .

Sikandra is on outskirts ..its on the road to Delhi.

Fatehpur Sikri is also on outskirts of city ,its around 30 km away from main city.

If you do not have a budget constraint then try the PALACE ON WHEELS luxurious train journeys
