I'm a poet, and I know it.

Subtitle quote from Zero Hour 11:45 AM CDT

Walking in the park
Or Driving my car
Even watching youtube
and playing guitar

My last buffalo wing
Or eating Burger King ...

Quote from 10 Months

I'm walking a land named Tamil Nadu,
with lots of things to see and do.
Where people are friendly and people are nice,
the farmers till paddy's, the merchants sell spice!...

Quote from Poetry in motion...

^-^ I'm not really a poet, but if the mood strikes me, you get sillyness like that. Although, I may try to do more in the future, it was fun! I really like the poem by his dudeness too! Good work Reply to this

And I am no poet either, this was a one off... A fluke 😊 I just thought it was fun to do something different for a change and I was inspired, I actually wrote it in about 2 hours... But I fear I shall never produce such a masterpiece again 😊

Nate, I just read yours, good going, better than mine for sure! Reply to this

Ha not at all, the part in your poem where you talk about the mythology of the Lankan King felt like it could have been something they sang for hundreds of years by locals, well if they spoke english, but you get the idea Reply to this

Not as funny as the above ditties, but a poem none-the-less!

I thought it would be nice to create a poem as a momento for my travel companions on our round the world trip. Unfortunately, I only got as far as 2 months into the trip. I'll finish it one day! Reply to this
