Reply to this Shirin-----If you have time before your writing I suggest you contact the International Labor Organization in Geneva, Switzerland and ask for a copy of their Convention on Hotels, Restaurants, Etc. A convention was held sometime around 1990 by some 150 delegates from all over the world for the purpose of discussing the hotel and restaurant industries. More than likely there have been additional discussions and research since that time.Your country more than likely had a deleagte who particpated in the discussions. Your country may also have copies of the report or additional studies on the industry. Good Luck
