First things you may want to look at include: getting legal paperwork done stating that you are a legal guardian for yourself so airport authorities, foreign governments, etc don't think that you're a runaway. If not you may want to wait until you're 18 so there is less hassles with parental permission, legal majority etc; you also want to look at amassing enough money to be self-sufficient on this travel. If you intend to go now before you're 18, you will most likely need documentation from a bank stating how much money you have in your bank account to be self-sufficient so that you will not become a public ward of that particular country.

As for the flights itself, go to a travel agency that deals more with backpackers and university students. They would probably be more accomodating and be able to figure out the best route to get you to the three places you want to go to.

Also, although you are independent already (as you live on your own) I would recommend doing some solo travelling alone in your country first before attempting this trip. I know it shouldn't be a big deal as you're going to places that speak english but I think its slightly less stressful figuring things out in your own country (where you're familiar with the currency, accent, etc).
