Hi!
I will be arriving in Rwanda on July 22st and the only gorilla tracking permit available is on July 23rd. Therefore, after arriving at Kigali airport I need to pick up the permit and then get to Ruhengeri. Here I'll have to arrange for some transport to the national park.
As I am rather pressed for time I was wondering whether it is possible to rent a car in Kigali and then drive up and down instead of using public transport. However, so far all car rentals I've seen are WITH driver which makes it pretty expensive. So I wonder whether it is possible to rent a car WITHOUT driver??
Otherwise, which is the best way to go to the national park from Ruhengeri/Kigali?
